Tell me about yourself.
“I grew up here in Omaha, got my diploma here as well as my bachelor’s degree in PE. I moved back down to Nebraska in 2012 to help high school students. I also played football for four years on a scholarship [as an offensive lineman].”
What made you decide to work here at Bryan?
“I just liked the tight-knit community we have here. The administrative staff do a great job making the students feel at home.”
Why did you choose to teach PE?
“PE’s always been fun to me; I enjoyed being active, really letting all that energy loose as opposed to being quiet and controlled.”
What is your favorite and least favorite thing about working here?
“I really love the community [and] how connected everyone is. Teachers have the common goal of helping kids. I have no complaints here, I love it!”
Anything else you’d like to add?
“I enjoy teaching PE a lot. I’ve always been an ADHD kind of guy, so working out and not having to focus very much is good for me.”
